His extensive expertise, including a background in seafood wholesale, ensures the meticulous selection and assessment of seafood. His ability to judge quality by appearance and aroma guarantees exceptional dishes. Adhering to a principle of treating others as one would wish to be treated, he personally inspects each dish before it reaches the table.
